Ten New Words

1.Caciocavallo - A hard,beet shaped rennet cheese
Sentence: Caciocavallo is a type of cheese made out of sheep's or cow's milk, originally produced in Sicily, but now spread all across Italy, and the Balkans

2.Herkimer - Aged cheddar
Sentence : A Herkimer man has been charged after an alleged escape attempt while in an infirmary.

3.Cohesive - hard rennet cheese somewhat like cheddar
Sentence : The wolf pack formed a cohesive unit during hunts."

4.Pimiento - the fleshy fruit of thae spanish paprika.
Sentence : My girlfriend's a lucky man. I made him filet covered in pepperjack pimento cheese

5.Lard - Lard is pig fat in both its rendered and unrendered forms. Lard was commonly used in many cuisines as a cooking fat or shortening,
Sentence : I shall not lard my words with terms that are not used daily.

6.Sear - To brown the surface of meat by a short application of intense heat
Sentence : I love to sear steak. My arm hair was seared by the billowing flame.

7.Chorizo - a Spanish or Mexican pork sausage highly seasoned with garlic, paprika, and other spices
Sentence : The warm chorizo salad ( starter ) was lovely.

8.Horchata - is a nondairy product made from rice; it's light and refreshing and especially good-tasting during the warm weather.
Sentence : I would like to have a recipe for a refreshing Mexican beverage called horchata.

9.Sake - a Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice and usually warmed for serving

10.Chipotle - a kind of chili, or hot pepper, that is a dried and smoked jalapeƱo: it is used esp. in Mexican cooking
Sentence : There's nothing better than meltingly tender, sticky ribs with just a hint of smoky chipotle chili.
